Hi darlin,

I’m Bhrigha. That’s "Bree-uh," in case you were wondering.

Just your average anatomy nerd and energetic alchemist, on a mission to help you find your bliss!

To me, bliss is not just a woo-woo word. Following my bliss has shaped my life in profound ways.

For over 30 years, I’ve walked the path of holistic health and metaphysical studies, diving deep into healing practices and religions of the world looking for all the ways humans have found their zen, nirvana, euphoria, satori—AKA bliss.

Sometimes this meant feeling deep into the woo, and other times it meant in-depth study of the physical body. I’ve run with wolves (and am writing a book on that), howled at the moon, studied, memorized, danced with modern-day Roma, battled demons and vampires, traversed several dark nights of the soul, and blessed my way through modes of trauma, stress, and bliss.

I had a lot of help along the way, I still believe in faeries and angels, and gratefully now share what I've learned to help others.

I helped heal myself of multiple traumas and natural disasters, anxiety, TMJ dysfunction, narcissistic and domestic abuse, two car accidents caused by drunk drivers, so many deaths of loved ones in a short time, immense grief, and numerous dance-related injuries. I'm currently working with my own hypermobility and hEDS issues, so I get it.

I am also neurodivergent and have an Emotional Support Dog, Annibellina, who accompanies me to work most days. She is a Sheltland Sheepdog and very empathic. I've seen her do the sweetest things for clients.  She was born in the beginning of the pandemic and is a natural therapy dog. Clients love her! She is very sweet and gentle and sometimes a bit vocal for treats.

So take it from someone who has searched far and wide, high and low:

Bliss comes in mysterious ways. It’s also totally possible, no matter how low you think you might be, even if you're at the bottom of that deep dark pit. Just look for the light.

I'm here to help you find the balance of that shadow and light and help you remember how to heal. Healing does not have to be hard.

My eclectic toolbox of healing tools is here for you to explore, hone, and use for your own bliss discovery.

People often see me for:

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Hypermobility and hEDS issues

  • Myofascial problems

I'd love to be your partner in health, wellness, and empowerment.

Slaínte!

That's "to your health" in Irish Gaelic

Getting to the root cause of dis-ease in her clients is her gift, whether that be through the physical, the energetic, or a blend of the two.

Bhrigha focuses on quality of care over quantity of clients, bringing her anatomy nerdiness, an extensive movement background, a passion for helping, & a little bit of magic to her practice - “where science meets woo.” She created Blissed Academy, a program dedicated to education in the energetic healing arts and the online course: TMJ, Trauma, and Yoga: Transforming TMJD with Trauma-informed Yoga, Bodywork, and Mindfulness. Her belief that no one is meant to live in pain is the inspiration behind her mission to serve her community and continue passing on healing traditions.

When not working, Bhrigha is often working in her organic garden at her rural retreat she calls Gothic Gables, crafting concoctions, doing her self care, roaming woods and waterfalls with her husband and their Sheltie, writing on her book, or with her nose in an anatomy book or historical fiction.

"This is not your typical bodywork—you will leave Bhrigha feeling like you have tools for optimal wellness and fitness. Her intake process alone brought so much light to issues that many healers have written off as 'mysterious.' As a yogi, I thought I was conscious of my body but now I'm excited to find deeper awareness with Bhrigha's healing and guidance!"
