Your body is your temple! Join me via the magick of Zoom for a sacred exploration of your bodies' energy centers, called chakras, as we dive deep into self-discovery through various mind-body-spirit techniques to cultivate community, ritual, awareness, and healing.
Take a journey through the 12 chakra system over the course of a year! Each month we will explore 1 chakra, starting with the root and working our way to the oversoul chakra.
Combining my years studying various forms of energetic healing into this class series, you will learn new ways to holistically balance and heal your own energetic system through lecture and learning, experiential techniques, journaling, affirmations, and an hour of specific yoga poses for each chakra.
