Custom yoga therapy for your optimal wellness.

Yoga means union of body, mind, and spirit. It is an ancient practice that involves movement, breathing techniques, and meditation. Contrary to the super bendy pictures and videos you may have seen, the original concept of yoga is to embody the movement from the inside out. Anyone can do yoga! (The therapeutic aspect of my yoga offerings is based in my license in massage therapy.) I create a custom somatic yoga experience for your current needs, guided by my 25+ years in the therapeutic healing & movement arts to help you find and feel results!


My approach to yoga is trauma-informed with advanced training to help trauma survivors thrive, is based in correct postural alignment, and inspired by Forrest, Iyengar, and Anusara yoga. No fast flows or hot yoga here,  just balance & bliss for YOUR body.

Through yoga therapy, I can help you with:

What to expect:

Before we get moving, I'll ask you some questions. Since movement needs vary widely, your practice may be gentle and take place lying down or seated, or it may be more active with standing and flowing. We might use props like blocks, balls, foam rollers, magic circles, bolsters, straps and stretchy band resistance devices.

You'll want to wear comfortable athletic clothes for your session. Yoga is also done barefoot.

At the end of your session, I'll send you home with a short yoga sequence and/or video of your session to practice on your own.


Customized yoga gives you tools for life!

Can be  done in person or online through the magick of  Zoom, where you can record our session directly to your laptop or desktop.
