How to Heal with Singing Bowls
Sound Science
Bhrigha grew up with music and was a classically trained pianist for 15 years with several overlapping years of classical silver flute and marching bells in grade school band. She also danced much of her life and discovered hand drumming in 1995. She was a professional world percussionist from 1996-2010, performing in several percussion ensembles and with Mizna, the Gypsy Caravan Band. She led workshops in feminine empowerment for at risk teens and women. She performed throughout the Southeast, in Portland, OR, and surrounding areas, at numerous private, public, and corporate events and is featured on three CD's.
Once she heard a singing bowl for the first time, Bhrigha was hooked on these miraculous musical instruments. She was instrumental is discovering the biggest Japanese singing bowl she'd ever seen mislabeled as an urn at the Lightener Museum in St. Augustine FL and was given the opportunity to play this centuries old instrument for the public for the first time in 2005.
Sound and vibration heals. Science teaches us that now, but indigenous people around the world have known that for centuries. Tibetan singing bowls are sacred ritual instruments, made in ceremony, forged with 7 sacred metals, tuned to specific notes that correspond with each chakra, or energy center, then often buried in the earth for a full moon cycle. Crystal singing bowls are engineered with quartz crystal from the earth to produce healing frequencies, often tuned to the Solfeggio scales for healing.
Bhrigha's current collection consists of a 7 Tibetan singing bowl chakra set, several other Tibetan bowls, 2 crystal singing bowls tuned to a High C 528 Hz for Heart healing and a 432 Hz for Crown Chakra healing and opening , a 174 Hz tuning fork for pain relief, and various other sacred rattles, drums, and instruments. Her collection is evolving and she enjoys doing Sacred Sound Baths and guided meditations as part of special events at Blissed Wellness and utilizing them in her treatment sessions.

She uses her chakra-attuned Tibetan singing bowls during Bowenwork's integration times or rests, by playing them on the table or directly on your body. You feel the healing vibrations through the table and your body as they clear and move energy to maximize the healing of your Bowenwork session. This is a total nervous system reset and unites the mind-body-spirit like nothing else!
90 minute sessions minimum for utter bliss.
Sacred Sound Healing
Sound and music heals! Sound is used in all major religious ceremonies to transform our conscious minds, get us in touch with our subconscious and the sense of sacred. It changes the vibration. When we have sunk into our lower chakras or have disturbances there, it makes it harder to believe and trust in the Universe and therefore to connect with the Divine. Sound healing bypasses our brains and gets right to the root of the problem, energetically and vibrationally.
Bhrigha's Tibetan singing bowls are monk-made and blessed, Reikified, specifically tuned to each of the chakras,and ready to help you transform and connect with your divinely energetic self. She has a number of other instruments to add as well and can do an entire session of sound healing.

Sacred Sound Sauna
Indulge in 45 minutes of Bodywork, a combination of Bowenwork and Craniosacral Work. Then get wrapped up in a comfy cocoon in the far-infrared heated Sauna Blanket to experience deep heat to purify your physical body for 45 more minutes, while Bhrigha performs an entire Sacred Sound Healing session to clear your energetic field. You may sweat in your Blissed burrito but you will emerge like a butterfly, transformed, to float on home to rest and integrate.
Please wear comfy, cotton clothes, no synthetics, or get wrapped up in all cotton flannel sheets. All body parts must be wrapped in cloth.
You will want a change of clothes if you opt for wearing your own clothes.
