Licensed massage therapist, Usui Reiki master, priestess,
chai addict and your bliss cheerleader.
In my 30+ years studying metaphysics, world religions and
spirituality and 20+ years practicing the healing arts, I've seen and felt some things.
A lot of things.
As a neurodivergent, Highly Sensitive Person and empath, I've had to learn
how to meet the needs of others to facilitate their healing
while also protecting my own energy.
This is the secret to my success, and this is how my bliss
is made possible.
Without this learned ability, I'd be a people-pleasing
frazzled doormat without an ounce of energy left for myself.
And I'd probably be pretty bitter.
Life simply doesn't have to be so hard.
