Do you bill insurance?

• No. That is a time consuming and frustrating process and I'd rather spend my time helping people feel better, not trying to get paid by insurance companies.​​

Do you work weekends?

• No. That is my time with my family.

Why do you work such limited hours?

• Honestly, because I have a number of chronic conditions that are sometimes debilitating, my energy is limited, and my physical body can't work more than I already do. My schedule is exactly what my body can handle. Also, family is very important to me and this allows for family obligations and schedules. I walk my talk and take time for self care.

How can I study Reiki with you?​

Do I have to get undressed to do sessions with you?

• No! For most of the work I do, you can remain clothed if you prefer. Its best to work on skin, but I can work through clothes for Bowenwork™, craniosacral, Neurovascular rElease
