Policies

I am often booked out 2-3 weeks in advance. These Blissed times are reserved just for you & others are turned away. These spots often cannot be refilled, especially last minute. As an independent business & holistic healthcare provider, I appreciate your consideration & business! Heartfully, these policies need to be stated:

• By booking online, over the phone, or via text with me, you agree to these terms.

• To get on my schedule, you must do a free phone consult first. See link above.

• You must fill out a paper intake form before service is given at your first appointment. (Yes, I'm old school.) If you refuse, you still owe the full amount for that session. Links are given in your confirmation email to print out the intake form so you can complete it at home to save time. If you don't have a printer, I have physical forms in office. Just allow time to fill these out.

• 48 hours minimum notice via PHONE/TEXT (the 407 number) is required for rescheduling or cancellations to avoid a charge.

• 72 hours notice for Monday appointments via PHONE/TEXT (the 407 number) is required for rescheduling or cancellations to avoid a charge. This means give notice by FRIDAY.

• If you or someone in your household is suddenly sick/feverish/coughing, etc., notify me right away. Do not wait if its in the cancellation window, thinking it will go away and then try to cancel on the day of the appointment.

• If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, and are late notice cancelling, you may use that time for a Distance Healing and/or Distance Intuitive Reading session instead, at the reserved time. This will avoid the late notice cancellation fee and create much less stress for me.

• A missed/failed/no-show appointment incurs the FULL charge of the session you scheduled. If you have a package, one session will be deducted. If you need to pay, you will be invoiced with a 3.3% convenience fee charge and payment is due before you can rebook.

• Notice of less than 48 or 72 hours notice may incur a half-charge or full-charge depending on circumstances. I realize life happens and I also am running a heart-centered business.

• Late clients must understand that their appointment may be shortened due to scheduling, but they still owe for the FULL time booked.

• If you forget, oversleep, overbook yourself,  your work schedule changes, your babysitter cancels, etc., that is on you. Please take personal responsibility for that. If you are sick, held up in traffic, in an accident, have a family emergency, or other "acts of god," lets chat.

• I will work with you as best I can with honest & responsible communication on both of our parts.

• I do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time who does not follow these rules or if I feel I cannot help you. I will be happy to refer you to someone I feel is a better fit.

• And lastly, if there is a rule, there is a reason. ;-) Let's be respectful of each other's time.

• These readings do not in any way, constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

• By engaging in a reading, you understand that Bhrigha does not diagnose illnesses, including questions pertaining to pregnancy and death.

• Bhrigha will not be liable for the death or personal injury resulting from any negligence on your behalf, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

• You understand
