This cutting edge, brand-new modality grew out of the Structural Integration and Myofascial world and is the brain child of one of my teachers, Kieran Schumaker. I'm pursuing certification in Advanced, Group, Manual, and Movement-based NVR™ and am thrilled to be one of the first people pursuing this modality. Perfect for anyone with chronic pain, immune challenges that keep them isolating at home, trauma survivors, and anyone who wants to learn more self-care techniques for their wellness toolbox. It calms and encourages the nervous system to become less hyper-vigilant and more relaxed. It decreases muscular tension by promoting increased and more functional blood circulation to feed stressed muscles. It provides the missing link for hypermobile people and those with chronic imbalances.

Neurovascular Release™ Online is perfect for you if you cannot come to the office or need homework instruction in between sessions. The online option gives you a downloaded video to reference anytime and is a wonderful addition to your wellness toolbox.
It is perfect for anyone with chronic pain, immune challenges, & trauma survivors. By freeing nerve and vascular (blood vessel) network, including the vagus nerve (active in the parasympathetic (rest & digest) nervous system, plus peripheral nerves, your muscles receive more blood and signals to relax, freeing restrictions.
The work is empowering, and it continues to percolate through your system as you move through the world and integrate the changes.
How it works:
Just like in my office, we schedule a private appointment but work together online in Zoom. Bhrigha leads you through these (fully clothed) sessions, instructing you using simple hand contacts and guided movement, with focused breath, that gently frees and lengthens the nerve and blood vessel tracts that your muscles and fascia (connective tissue) have been protecting. This will naturally allow your body to reorganize and feel more balanced, allowing it to integrate in relationship to gravity, by manipulating soft tissues and/or correcting inappropriate patterns of movement and rebalance the body and nervous system.
Needed props:

A chair where you can sit comfortably upright

A yoga mat if you have one or a space to lie on the floor OR

If you cannot get down on the floor, a clear space on a wall where we can do some stretches.

A door way or hallway or closet door nearby
Helpful props:

1 tennis ball or “squishy” myofascial ball - the ones I sell in my office

1 long sock - tube socks are great or a taller sock to put the ball in

1 broom or mop or cane or something with a handle to balance with if you have trouble leaning over
